Sometime life gets difficult. The struggle to adjust to stage of life changes, unexpected events, relationship difficulties, work stress, grief and trauma can leave us feeling overwhelmed and not sure how to get relief.
I am here to guide you on your journey towards healing and enjoying peace of mind, better relationships and a deep sense of emotional wellbeing.
My approach is non-judgmental, curious and collaborative. I will help you explore your thoughts, feelings and deeper emotional needs in a safe and supportive therapeutic environment. Starting therapy can feel daunting at first, which is why when we work together, you will get to set the pace.
I primarily use an attachment-based focus, specifically Emotionally Focused Therapy. However, I also treat each person as an individual, so therapy with me will always be tailored and adapted to what works best for you. It is my job to get to know and understand you so that I can help you to achieve your therapy goals.
Not sure what your goals are? Do not worry. This is more common than you may think. I will explore that with you as I get to know you and help you to figure out what the destination looks like on your healing journey.
I specialize in Emotionally Focused Therapy for individuals and couples. With EFT, you can rebuild safety and trust, receive more caring and respect and resolve conflicts with love.
