You’re tired of feeling like you’re trying harder than everyone else and getting nowhere.

It’s like you can never be good enough, and the harshest critic is you.

Your relationship was so wonderful in the early days, especially when the partner with ADHD was still hyper-focused on the relationship. Neither of you can quite believe it has descended into a tension-filled battle of wills.

One partner feels blamed and shamed for not doing enough or trying harder (often despite their best efforts) and the other feels exhausted and resentful from doing more than their share.

When you try to talk and work it out together, conflict escalates quickly and things feel even worse.

You both feel lonely and misunderstood in the relationship, and you long for the days when you felt like a team who could conquer the world together.

Here’s what we’ll work on together

Therapy can help you overcome your struggles and live better with ADHD.

Using a combination of talk therapy, practical strength-based strategies and education, you can target your adult ADHD symptoms, start to feel better physically, manage your day more effectively and improve your relationships.

Whether you are partnered or not, if you want to understand your ADHD better so that you can harness the useful parts and manage the challenging aspects more effectively, I can help you with that.

If you don’t have ADHD but you are in a relationship with somebody who does, I am here to help and support you too. My own lived experience means I can relate to how being partnered with somebody with ADHD impacts not just them, but both of you. You are welcome to attend therapy individually or as a couple.

There’s another way forward and it’s not about trying harder and hoping for the best.
